Fairly clean hotel in a nice building just next door to the beach and the town and the ocean and downtown. Non-smoking, carpeted rooms, great bed, helpful staff.

By and large, it was wonderful base for sightseeing in Pacific Grove, had much fun and met polite stuff at the desk clerk.

The hotel was original and practical, and the staff were pleasant, liked the beautiful location not far from the ocean and a lighthouse and the restaurants and the coastline. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. The stay was excellent.

the reception was quiet, i loved it. staff was willing to help and overall they are sincere people. had common room with good lighting and a bedroom, for instance for a superb stay. had selected drinks in the downstairs bar.
